Although this may seem like something obvious that all property management companies do, they don’t. Our philosophy is that our interests should be aligned with those of our clients. Said in our terms, when you make money, we make money, if you don’t, we don’t.
Once we find a tenant and place them in your property, you begin making money and so do we. We don’t have leasing fees to find your tenant. On the other hand, when your tenant vacates, you stop making money and so do we. Again, since we have no leasing fee, we are incentivized to find a new, qualified tenant as quickly as possible. When the new tenant is placed, you start making money again, and so do we.
