From our application, to our lease, to the move-out process, and all the systems in between, we do everything we can to protect our clients. We do this by keeping up with the latest laws and continuously adapting our paperwork and processes. We also track pending legislation so we can get in front of any those potential changes. In fact, sometimes, we have to protect our clients from themselves. Since we work in an environment where no good deed goes unpunished, we have to help guide our clients through situations where they think they are doing a good thing by taking a certain action, but indeed it could actually come back to harm them.
