This is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home located in the back of the duplex. This home has a nice sized living room and room next to the kitchen for a dining set. The kitchen has new counter tops and the home comes with the stove and fridge (different fridge will be installed soon). Down the hall to the right is the shared bathroom with a single sink, toilet and tub/shower. In the hallway is an open shelving unit perfect for pictures or books. At the back of the home are the two bedrooms. The bedroom on the left down the hall has it's own private entrance and exit to the backyard. The backyard is gated and wraps around to the back of the house. On the side of the house from the front has a parking space to the left and parking in the front of the home.
This home will be available for immediate occupancy. The rental rate is $650.00 per month and the security deposit is $750.00, plus $150 pet deposit per approved pet. The owner may consider 2 pets max, under 30 lbs.
Every adult age 18 and over must complete an application. The application fee is $55 per adult. The application process includes credit, criminal, previous rental history, employment and income verification.
Our minimum rental requirements include the following:
1.The applicants household verifiable gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental rate. If you are concerned about insufficient income, you may be able to address this concern by adding a cosigner or offering additional security deposit. Contact us for details.
2.All our homes are offered as non-smoking. No smoking is allowed on the premises, inside or outside the home.

4.We do not accept Section 8.
5.Applicant to provide proof that debts to previous landlords have been satisfied. An eviction can be grounds for denial.
6.No felonies for the past 10 years related to property damage, illegal substance manufacturing or distribution, or assault. Other criminal activity may be grounds for denial.
7.All pets are subject to owner approval.
8.No bankruptcies that have not already been discharged.
