You can scroll down to see our very simple pricing structure, but come back here, there’s more to understand. Management fees are only the tip of the iceberg, you know, the part you can see above the water, as it relates to successfully managing your Tucson rental house.

Sticking with the iceberg analogy, there are also the “underwater” costs and risks. Those costs have the potential to be much larger and can do significant damage. These costs include things like vacancy costs, maintenance costs, legal costs, and more. If all of these costs are not properly managed, the management fees become irrelevant by comparison. On the other side of the coin, if all of these costs are managed properly, it will save you thousands and the management fees could be twice as much and they would still pale in comparison!
